Understanding yourself is one of the most powerful ways to heal. But what happens when a painful experience becomes overwhelming? Research has shown over and over again that that traumatic experiences can overload the brain's capacity to process them. How can we understand what our brains can't process?

I am certified in EMDR, a structured form of exposure therapy that has been empirically proven to help process trauma and reduce the painful symptoms of trauma-related conditions.
